Michigan College Access Network is proud to partner with Xello to co-host a new series of professional development webinars for K-12 educators in Michigan. Together with Xello, a modern college, career, and future readiness software, we are excited to offer this opportunity to our network.
This free, eight-part monthly webinar series will focus on timely topics in K-12 education and postsecondary planning. You don't need to commit to the whole series; register for the topics that fit your interests and schedule. Earn SCECHs while learning how to use Xello to meet Michigan's Career Development Program requirements and help your students build their Educational Development Plans.
All webinars will be submitted for one SCECH in College Preparation & Selection or Career Exploration. Additional details will be provided as sessions are submitted and approved by MDE.
For information on earning SCECHs through MCAN, visit our Upcoming Webinars page. Common questions and answers are shared in this FAQ document, where you'll also find a link to the video, Earning SCECHs with MCAN.
Webinars are listed in order by date of occurrence.

As you look to improve your schools' college and career readiness program to support multiple pathways to student success, that means extending the program to include others invested in student futures. Join a panel of educators who will share strategies for delivering a robust experience that puts students first and brings others who can support their future readiness journey along for the ride. They’ll share tips to help expand your students' support ecosystem by collaborating with other departments, involving parents, and engaging businesses to create a unified approach to college and career readiness programs.
