This position will serve as the Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and will oversee department-level operational issues, including oversight of all central accounting and budgeting services for the Department. The person in this position will provide technical support to the Department’s executive team, supervision and coordination for all accounting and purchasing/procurement, budget, grant management, audit, and department operational services.
