The primary responsibility in this role is to oversee the College Success work of the Prox Gen program. This includes management of our College Success Coaches and overall implementation of the College Success workplan. In doing so, the Manager of College Success will be providing the support our MiHC Scholars need to be retained, graduate from college, and take the next step in their early career.
