The Policy Lead serves as a content expert, bringing nuanced knowledge of and experience working in education policy as it relates to equitable opportunities for students of color and students from low-income backgrounds in the state of Michigan. This role supports team leadership in setting the direction, goals, and work plan for Michigan’s policy and advocacy agenda and leads the implementation of policy and research projects across the K-12 and higher ed spectrum in coordination with the EdTrust National office.
