The Transition Coordinator leads and coordinates transition services for students with disabilities ages 14–26 to ensure compliance with IDEA and MARSE requirements while building systems that prepare students for postsecondary education, training, employment, independent living, and community participation. This role acts as the bridge between schools, families, and community agencies and advances a data-driven, evidence-based approach to improving post-school outcomes.
