We are excited to expand the leadership team to include an additional voice of accountability for MCAN’s internal and external equity strategy. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Equity Strategy will support various initiatives and projects related to MCAN’s four priorities: fostering a college-going culture, identifying multiple post-secondary education pathways and facilitating smooth transitions, improving college affordability, and supporting credential completion.
