The Partnership Manager will oversee a caseload of 15-20 full-time college advisers and facilitate the program’s relationship with the respective partner high schools. These schools and advisers are geographically dispersed throughout the state. Partnership Managers are responsible for ensuring advisers adhere to AmeriCorps and program policies and expectations, are integrating a college-going culture into the community and school, and are successfully supporting priority Michigan students to explore postsecondary options and enroll in postsecondary education.
