Under the co-supervision of the Director of Administration and Human Resources and the Director of Finance, the Human Resource Generalist/Accounting Clerk will run the daily functions of the Human Resource area of responsibility including hiring and interviewing staff, administering the employee records, benefits and leave, and enforcing the company policies and practices. This role will also assist with daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks such as entering payable transactions, maintaining electronic files and preparing reports. May assist with payroll and payment functions in the absence of the Director of Finance. This role would dedicate 80% of their time supporting the Human Resource tasks and 20% of their time supporting the Accounting tasks.
