The Director of Policy, Communications, and Engagement is a member of the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential’s (MiLEAP) leadership team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to position MiLEAP to achieve its goals from preschool to postsecondary to prosperity. This includes building awareness of MiLEAP's key initiatives, leading communications, and engagement campaigns, identifying policy opportunities, and overseeing the functional teams in the office.
