The Strategy Assistant will plan and implement MCAN’s recruitment strategy for AdviseMI and College Completion Corps. The person in this role will facilitate the process of engaging partners, conducting intensive outreach, screening candidates, connecting with host site partners, and supporting & retaining candidates through the hiring process. This also includes developing marketing materials, leveraging tools like social media, print communication, & job boards, and attending recruitment events in the state.
