The Upward Bound Academic Support Program Specialist assists in the development and implementation of student academic development/support services. Principal duties and responsibilities include advising program participants, supervising students and staff during residential components, developing and implementing workshops and field trips, training residence hall staff, data collection, and new program participant recruitment.
