Senior Director, Communications — National College Attainment Network

Reporting to the Chief External Relations Officer, the Senior Director, Communications develops a comprehensive strategy, refines NCAN’s external messaging, strengthens NCAN’s relationships with the media, and identifies new opportunities for NCAN’s thought leadership. This is a newly created position that reflects NCAN’s organizational growth and the need for more frequent, strategic, and robust messaging.

Midwest Policy Fellow — National College Attainment Network

The Policy Fellow will assist NCAN members in Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio, in ongoing efforts to advocate for state-level policies and funding to increase the affordability of higher education and improve students’ postsecondary outcomes. The Fellow will work within NCAN’s policy team and alongside our Midwest members to expand their reach and impact, affect policy change, and improve college affordability and completion outcomes for students in the Midwest.

Fall 2025 Communications Internship — National College Attainment Network

NCAN is seeking a part-time or full-time Communications Intern to join our team. We are looking for motivated junior or senior undergraduate students or graduate students with strong writing skills and an interest in college access/success, financial aid, and/or higher education policy and advocacy. The Communications Intern will expand and promote NCAN’s college and career readiness resources, as well as other member services through multiple communications channels.
