AmeriCorps College Completion Coach or AdviseMI Adviser

Michigan College Access Network (MCAN), in close partnership with Michigan colleges and universities, seeks to help more Michigan students pursue postsecondary education. MCAN’s College Completion Corps will place full-time AmeriCorps members on community college campuses to supplement campus efforts to increase persistence and completion for students who have the most college success barriers.

MCAN’s Advise MI advisers will place full-time AmeriCorps members in selected High Schools across Michigan, particularly high schools that are in communities with low college-going rates and low adult educational attainment rates.

Director of High School Innovation

The Director of High School Innovation leads some of MCAN’s longest-standing strategies supporting college and career readiness across Michigan’s systems that support students completing their K12 education and transitioning to postsecondary education. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of College Access, this senior leader oversees the development and execution of statewide initiatives, professional learning, and grantmaking designed to shift the K12 education system to improve postsecondary education outcomes for all students earning a high school diploma or equivalency. The director works collaboratively across departments and with external partners to align programs with MCAN’s strategic plan and equity priorities.

Communications Intern — National College Attainment Network

The Summer 2026 Communications Intern will expand and promote NCAN’s college and career readiness resources as
well as other member services through multiple communications channels. This position is open to rising junior or senior undergraduate students and graduate students with strong writing skills and an interest in college access/success, financial aid, and/or higher education policy and advocacy.

Director of Noncredit and Alternative Enrollment — Central Michigan University

The director of noncredit and alternative enrollment for CMU Innovation and Online provides strategic leadership and institutional stewardship for professional development, noncredit learning, and alternative enrollment pathways delivered online and at distance. The director holds primary responsibility for the design, implementation, governance, and sustainability of the university’s noncredit portfolio, digital credentialing infrastructure, and alternative enrollment models. This role oversees online program management relationships, workforce and state-funded initiatives, along with dual and concurrent enrollment programs, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, compliance requirements, and external partner needs. The director serves as a senior advisor on noncredit and alternative enrollment strategy and acts as a key risk-management and continuity leader for this portfolio.

Director, Central Bound Partnership Program — Central Michigan University

This position provides programmatic and operational leadership for Central Michigan University’s community college partnership initiative, Central Bound. This role is responsible for fostering collaborative relationships across institutions, engaging community college partners, and coordinating with key stakeholder groups to support Central Bound program objectives and student success. The program director plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and overall academic achievement of program participants, contributing directly to the advancement of the institutional enrollment strategies and academic mission

Accountant — Public Policy Associates

This position at PPA will help ensure sound accounting processes and support the firm’s fiscal integrity and financial well-being. Duties include invoicing for projects (revenue) and accounts receivable, financial reporting for PPA and back-office support clients, assisting with month-end adjustments and closing, reviewing project budgets and producing project budget reports, and other accounting duties as needed.

Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy, Michigan — TICAS

The Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy, Michigan, leads TICAS’ efforts to promote and develop student-centered policy and advocacy to advance college affordability, accountability, basic needs, completion, and student and borrower protections across the state. The Senior Director proactively identifies and nurtures potential allies, coalition members, and other partners, advancing shared goals and bringing their insights to policymakers. This dynamic position combines research, policy, and practice to investigate and advocate for data-informed policy recommendations that benefit today’s students. The incumbent leads the Michigan team and works closely with the executive team and across the organization.

Strengthening Pathways North Coordinator — Northern Michigan University

The person in this role will coordinate logistics to implement professional development training for NMU staff; serve as liaison between academic programs and Indian Country to create and facilitate implementation of high-impact-practice-experiences (HIPEs); promote established HIPEs to NMU students; establish and implement on-going Native-centered wellness activities; develop SPN informational/promotional campaign and recruitment materials including upkeep of SPN social media channels; recruit throughout Indian Country to attract new students to NMU; and work with the SPN team and SPN external evaluator on data collection, stewardship, and reporting.

Scholarship & Stewardship Coordinator — Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan

This position will be primarily responsible for the Community Foundation’s scholarship program and play a role in the ongoing stewardship of donors to the Community Foundation. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Community Foundation and scholarship fund donors; scholarship selection committees; high school staff; scholarship applicants and recipients; and university financial aid offices. The position will be involved with donor stewardship activities for donors to other funds of the Community Foundation in addition to scholarship funds.

Admissions Counselor/Senior Admissions Counselor/Assistant Director-Admissions — Northern Michigan University

This position manages a South/Central U.S. recruitment territory and is based remotely in Texas. Initial training will be provided at the NMU campus in Marquette, Michigan, but this is a remote position. One position is available with the potential to be filed at any of the listed levels consistent with the selected applicant's experience.

Executive Director — Michigan Consortium for Higher Education in Prison

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, manage daily operations, represent MiCHEP to external stakeholders, lead fundraising and resource development, ensure effective collaboration among members, and guide the organization in fulfilling its mission.

Associate Vice President for Inclusive Access & Belonging — Michigan State University

This is a highly visible, institution-wide leadership role responsible for shaping strategy, strengthening student advocacy, and advancing belonging and student success initiatives across the university. This leader will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of student-facing centers and services while championing policies and practices that enhance retention, persistence, engagement, and well-being.
